At HelioScalp, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something is not right with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging and condition.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been worn on the scalp cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.
To start a return, please email HelioScalpContact@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and the item is received, it will be inspected.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your product arrives damaged or does not function properly, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos or videos showing the issue so we can assist you quickly.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or a full refund.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
